Your Role: Passionate about delivering a meaningful employer brand proposition and collaborate cross-functionally to drive university programs. As a SolarWind's Senior Recruiter you will create and execute against Internal and External Branding activities supporting Talent Acquisition and help us scale our People-First Culture. Successful candidates will have experience taking initiative, be creative, driving, building partnerships globally and cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with their customers. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback Responsibilities Your Impact: Design Strategy including, but not limited to, talent (technical and non-technical) needs assessment, ongoing programs, brand perception, performance metrics. Create new ways to build new relationships to formally establish SolarWinds presence and engagement with early-in-career talent. Plan and attend campus events to build relationships with students that are virtual or live once possible. Bring in industry best practices and leverage new ideas within the intern experience and new grad experience. Utilize global analytics to leverage data and metrics by standardizing reporting for visibility to all aspects of the program to include total hires, diversity metrics, cost, retention, and intern conversions. Assist in building an internal talent branding strategy in order to partner, educate and create advocacy around the intern program in order to grow year over year. Qualifications Your Experience: Bachelors / Master / MBA. Specialization in HR or Recruiting preferred. Strong program management and stakeholder management Self-Starter, Innovator and Experimenter Must speak fluent English and Hebrew Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR field Experience in hiring Tech Talent across Europe a distinct advantage. Experience in Hiring high volume in Software industry. Passion for SolarWinds’s mission, vision, values, and culture. Technically Savvy and Hands on knowledge of key tools, ATS, MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power-point Strong & Assertive communication, Inter-personal and Presentation skills, Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate to work and grow in the early career recruiting space
