Library Phone Agent - ALLDATA

Job Description This position is the primary point of contact helping customers find information in our products, or obtaining additional information from a variety of sources. The ideal candidate is dependable energetic, loves cars and automotive work but prefers to work in an office environment. Responsabilities Assist customers to navigate and locate information in ALLDATA products Help ALLDATA customers via phone/email/fax with automotive information request Locate, customize and prepare automotive information for distribution Log customer interactions in CRM system Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Professional automotive repair, service writer or auto parts work experience Knowledgeable on automotive makes, models, systems, components and manuals Experience in high call volume contact center Good computer skills (Internet navigation is a must) Fully bilingual English-Spanish ASE/AMPSAS certified is a plus
