Supply Chain Analyst

SUMMARY: AutoZone Supply Chain Analysts are responsible for purchasing the correct inventory into the distribution centers. Plans seasonal replenishment for stores and distribution centers. Expedites orders when necessary. Coordinates with other departments on new planograms and changes to inventory disposition. Maintain integrity of replenishment parameters (POQ, item status...). RESPONSIBILITIES Placing purchase orders to vendors. Managing the replenishment parameters Managing relationship with vendor, DCs and merchandising Working on projects to increase inventory turns and supply chain efficiency. Measure service level and other performance objectives. Identify the root cause and develop plan to correct problem. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Two to three years experience in Business
