HR Assistant with English (Hybrid)

Job Description This role focuses on handling incoming requests related to different HR inquiries, such as: onboarding, payroll, general benefits, company policy, employee self-service transactions, employment verification, etc. The Human Resources Assistant with English is responsible for: Providing guidance with general or specific queries that might appear during the selection process (from candidates, client staff, 3rd parties); Communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days; Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met; Acting as liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability and retirement plan providers; Supporting human resources processes by scheduling tests, appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information; Process unemployment claims; Assisting with processing of terminations. The ideal candidate: Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 upwards); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Ability to meet deadlines; Good analytical skills; Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking; Proactive, flexible and adaptable; Team-oriented.
