About the Role As a Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a small team of associates. You will collaborate with leadership and act as an SME. You will have an opportunity to improve efficiencies. Responsibilities Allocating resources to meet the demands of the business. Managing several cross-functional teams around the globe. Engaging internal and external stakeholders, IT Leaders, the business and all service delivery leads to provide clear direction. Providing Leadership and direction for the Engineering staff. Coordinating with project managers on engagement lifecycle. Monitoring active projects and task to ensure that delivery dates and expectations are being met. Requirements Experience with team leadership and management experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience with technology project delivery.
