We provide technical solutions to help with all challenges.<br><br>You will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Works with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plan into physical orders. <br></li><li>Provide support in receiving, reviewing, and entering customer orders for key accounts. <br></li><li>Handles oilfield and industrial chemical product line(s) customer orders from various regions. <br></li><li>Assist in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value. <br></li><li>Understand business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast. <br></li><li>Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs. <br></li><li>Perform various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecast, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in chemical industry. <br></li><li>Have ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision. <br></li><li>Proficient in order entry software (SAP). <br></li><li>Knowledge of order management processes. <br></li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills. <br></li><li>Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. <br></li><li>Comfortable to work based on client's time zone when required.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
