THE SELECTION PROCESS Round 1 – Online Application Complete your application with a detailed resume and other supporting documents (transcripts of record, ID Card, certificates…). Round 2 – Video Interview If you’re eligible, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform. Round 3 – Panel Interview Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Hiring Managers and/or Heads of Department. Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Students with Bachelor or Master’s degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing (preferrably GPA >=7.5 or equivalent); For Internship Program: Majoring in Commercial, Business Administration, IT, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent Bachelor Degree is preferred. Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering major is a great plus. Excellent command of English (TOEIC >780 or equivalent); Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly; Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration; Proven leadership ability or Digital Savvy is a strong plus.
