Project Testing Leader

Responsibility: - Accountable and responsible for validation strategy and plan according to offer requirement and product specification, monitoring the implementation in schedule and in required conditions - Make risk analysis and report for validation result - Identify testing capability and resource needed to support projects - Take lead on analysis regarding test failure or gaps between labs - Prepare and present gate reports for projects - Full engagement in whole project processes Qualifications Requirement: 1. Bachelor or above in electrical/mechanical/electronic engineering; 2. A minimum of 5-year experience in device validation/testing or similar role (e.g. design quality, design); 3. Familiar with the safety standards - IEC 60669, IEC 60884, GB/T 16915 and GB/T 2099; Experience on socket with RCD's standards - BS 7288 or IEC 62640, is preferred; 4. Knowledge on the electrical accessary products such as switch, socket outlet, smart home offer, and its application, such as installation, use environment..; 5. Experience on testing facility/methodology; 6. Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 and experience on its implementation; 7. Good at office software, such as Excel, Word and Power Point; 8. Fluent in oral English, skillful English in technical writing; 9. Strong sense of responsibility, passion, teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, capable of working under pressure;Good at planning Schedule: Full-time Req: 007XCH
