Senior Manager

Overview This individual will support the Sector DX Analytics and Insights agenda helping setup Store DNA and leveraging that information to deliver solution for driving actionable insights for the AMESA Sector and key Markets. Key responsbibilities will be to understand the data availability in different markets, develop solutions using advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning projects to support perfect store agenda. Optimising and integrating different data sets to enable the undertaking of advanced analytics to identify growth opporutunities Responsibilities Clean and prepare data for use in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning projects Build analysis in Python with accompanying documentation Execute predictive and prescriptive analytics with an emphasis on actionable insights to be deployed in the market Advise and share Advanced Analytics models with Sectors and Markets to leverage and build Advanced Analytics capability. Develop, maintain, and apply statistical models to business questions - including clustering, segmentaion, forecasting etc. Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click (additional questions) required with tables/charts for relevant data Create visualizations to be used in explaining and clarifying difficult concepts and analytical insights Qualifications Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering: MBA a plus Must know how to write SQL and extract data from large and small databases Ability to translate business and technical requirements into non-technical terms Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases High-level written and verbal communication skills Provide ad-hoc analysis and deliverables as requested Experience using Tableau/Power BI, Pythong and other Visual Analytics and Staistics tools Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house applications Detail-oriented with dedication to continuous improvement
