PO1 Finance Manager

Responsibilities Project Finance Capex financial modeling Capex/Opex tracking and reporting Financial matters relating to capex execution, procurement process, PO and payment oversight Project Tax and treasury matters Financial Planning Partner with MU GM and other functional leaders on all key commercial/supply chain analytics and decisions Planning processes and planning calendar including AOP, Monthly/Quarterly rolling forecasts Product portfolio, pricing strategies to support Marketing/Category in Stage gate meetings Control processes and systems in collaboration with Control & BIS team Overview policy compliance, internal controls and financial reporting of MU activities. Provide control and process guidance and advice to MU staff. Ensure timely and qualitative submission of MU financial analysis (B/S, P/L, Cash flow) as required by PepsiCo. Support Statutory, Corporate, tax, audits and compliance requirements. Set up IT systems, Cost centers necessary for financial reporting and management Qualifications 1. Qualification - CPA/Chartered Accountant/MBA or equivalent qualification - Fluency in English 2. Experiences - At least 10 years of proven finance experience in an FMCG - Control & Planning function expertise - Experienced working and influencing in a cross functional team and taking lead on key finance projects. - Ability to build relationships and influencing parties with differing priorities. - Experience in strategy development and implementation - Familiarity with Information management system - Multicultural exposure - Good Microsoft excel skills
