To continue our success, we are looking for a Sales Representative for Adelaide Western Suburbs. What we need is someone with Sales Rep experience in FMCG and a ‘can do’ attitude. This role is supporting corporate customers such asIndependent Grocers, and Impulse Accounts such as service stations, cafes, bottle shops, pubs etc. The role is key to providing product support, setting up displays, activating and advising on promotions, and offering exceptional customer service. Comes with a company car, Monday to Friday workdays, and is suited to someone with a positive and resilient attitude. Our brands are both fun and exciting, with promotional activity and event activations happening year-round. Creativity is a big plus! Merchandising displays is a part of the daily role, however no heavy lifting is involved. This role requires you to visit third party premises (such as customer stores or offices) who require visitors to have an up-to-date vaccination status for COVID-19, therefore you need to have an up-to-date vaccination status for COVID-19 to perform this role. Responsibilities You Will Be: Successfully manage a territory of customers (Independent Supermarkets, licensed and convenience outlets) to deliver mutual growth via flawless execution of all customer plans and deliver compliance to journey plan Sourcing new business opportunities along the journey plan Selling in new stock and execute new product displays Delivering product growth and helping to drive profitability through ranging our mix of products in stores Discussing Category and Shopper insights with retailers to educate and implement key strategies Qualifications You Will Have: A valid driver’s licence and good driving record Full Australian working rights with no restrictions Discipline and motivation to work autonomously, with the ability to prioritise your workload Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customers, and confidence when discussing sales and retail maths with customers A good understanding of working with achievable goals & metrics An up to date vaccination status for COVID-19 What we can offer you: No weekend work with some flexibility through the week A company vehicle and a competitive remuneration package Health initiatives through our Health and Wellness programs Personal and professional growth opportunities through PepsiCo Learning Offerings online Working at PepsiCo: Your positive attitude will be rewarded with excellent long term local and global career opportunities, and ongoing professional development along with a fun and rewarding working environment.
