Your role: The EOM consultant will directly support customers for Europe, solving challenges in application support and answering complex questions on functionality. You will be primarily responsible for the following tasks: Act as primary support consultant and should be able to independently support customer in connection with Manhattan EOM. Analyse and proactively troubleshoot and resolve more moderately to high complex issues that arise in production environment. Key activities include client management, issues prioritization, issues resolution, testing, solution delivery, expectation management and client communication. Guide client for the additional functionality. Mentor other consultants within the team. Ability to work closely with technical teams, internal professional services, and product engineering team. Your background: 7-10 years of Implementation or support and maintenance experience in Manhattan EOM is a must. Demonstrated experience working with global teams. Able to work and visualize for the actual issue in the entire application landscape. Understanding of the SNOW / JIRA. Should have SQL Knowledge. Nice to have Retail Domain Experience. Should be able to connect with the difference cross-functional team. Can work on adhoc request from Business. Should be able to perform the daily task in tight schedule and timeliness. Should have analytical and logical mindset. Must have customer facing experience and should be able to manage 6-7 members of team. Fluent in English.
