Job Purpose This is a key opportunity within GSK’s Oncology Business Unit, responsible for coordinating the cross functional launch readiness plans for all GSK’s Oncology pipeline assets. This role will have specific focus on coordinating with the cross functional team to develop and execute plans to accelerate regulatory approval and reimbursement for pipeline launches and ensure the internal and external environment is shaped ready for rapid uptake and adoption. The Senior Brand Manager will also work with the cross-functional team of Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and other supporting functions to make sure we are prepared for “best in class” monotherapy and combination launches across Solid Tumours and Haematological Malignancies to coordinate with the Global and Regional teams to share and learn from best practice and work at pace to implement. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent cross-functional leadership with Sales, Medical, Market Access and Patient Solutions teams to develop and execute and competitive brand plans Leadership of the marketing team on the development and execution of a competitive launch readiness plan Build strong and collaborative relationship with global & regional team to ensure strong alignment between UK team and key stakeholders. Drive innovation by leveraging novel routes to market in the UK Support launch excellence process and milestones with the region and global team Why You? Basic qualifications & skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Business and / or life science bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong marketing background, with good understanding of UK market (Oncology preferable) Solid understanding of broad set of functional responsibilities (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access etc) and how they contribute to an overall brand plan Experience developing and executing strategies and campaigns for a brand, including all core digital channels Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of the Pharma industry regulations (ABPI) Preferred experience If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Prior people leadership experience Works creatively and independently, with the passion and energy to drive what is needed for the best possible launch Comfortable with creative thinking and problem solving Highly customer & patient focused Demonstrated project management skills Comfortable in a fast-moving and exciting environment Working knowledge of latest developments in UK regulatory and market access pathways Why GSK?
