We are Britain’s leading provider of pest control, washroom hygiene services and interior and exterior plants for businesses. We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our in-house recruitment team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will support the recruitment team by contacting applicants and taking them through an initial telephone interview. You will be required to work closely with the Recruitment Team to identify a selection of potentially suitable candidates for our Sales, Service, Administration, Contact Centre and Graduate roles. Day to day your role will involve: Shortlisting candidates and conducting telephone interviews Maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Building internal relationships with the recruitment team keeping them up to date on the candidates you have spoken to Maintaining data accuracy on recruitment databases Assist in recruitment related projects and other recruitment requirements Requirements To be considered for the Recruitment Telephone Interview position you will ideally have the following; Customer service/office experience is desirable Experience talking to candidates/customers via telephone is ideal Great communication skills both verbal and written Be able to work under pressure Able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally Able to work on your own initiative Able to multi task Be a real team player – our team work closely so this is something you would embrace Benefits We believe that if you can demonstrate the right attitude, we will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed within our organisation along with; Competitive basic salary of £21,227 per annum Team incentives Laptop & Smartphone Ongoing training and support Working from home If you would like to hear more please apply today and a member of the team will be in touch.
