Manages the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and make sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives or from external requirements Identify the wider business impact across key outputs and processes Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing Identify and support cut-over and implementation task Degree / equivalent Business Analyst Certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP (preferred) Experience in writing requirements in the form of user stories or use cases Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience in conducting workshops for customer groups and able to lead a small piece of work item Excellent problem solving and analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over conducting meetings and stakeholder management
