About the Role As a Supervisor you will ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, contractual and FAR/DFARS requirements. Responsibilities Executing of vendor Manifest Process Leading projects, facilitating meetings and adapting/executing functional or departmental business plans to improve efficiency across related teams. Acting as the day-to-day operations client contact in order to resolve systems issues providing client feedback Acting as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams to share updates and communications Acting as a subject matter expert for implementation of policy, procedure, and system changes. Analyzing operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others. Determining opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes action plans to achieve results. Bring exceptional communication skills and the ability to understand and drive resolution of risks and issues Coaching and leading others in achieving goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required Be able to travel to client-site at least once a week Be able to be the liaison with other vendors and our client Be possess strong communication skills as this is a client facing role. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
