­ditional Information About the Role Director, Oncology & Radiology Services at Memorial Hospital Belleville/Memorial Hospital Shiloh Overview Memorial Hospital Belleville is a 222-bed acute care Magnet® designated hospital offering emergency and critical care services as well as medical and surgical services along with a full complement of diagnostic and treatment modalities. Also located on the Belleville campus, The Orthopedic and Neurosciences Center offers a comprehensive rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational, speech and hand therapy. Memorial Hospital Shiloh is a 97-all private bed Magnet® designated hospital located in Shiloh, Illinois. Memorial Shiloh offers a 24/7 emergency department, medical, surgical and diagnostic services including cardiac catheterization, imaging and laboratory. The Family Care Birthing Center features 18 spacious LDRP suites, two dedicated c-section rooms, OB Emergency Department, 24/7 OB hospitalist and neonatology coverage. The Shiloh campus also has the only Illinois Siteman Cancer Center location. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Director, Oncology/Cancer Center and Radiology Services plans, develops, and directs all activities within Oncology and Radiology services, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Breast Center, Respiratory Care and Sleep Lab. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Analyzes trends and statistics to promote efficient utilization of resources and promote quality improvement. Plans, develops, and directs operations of department and integrates these services with other departments. Ensures effective coordination and collaboration with medical staff. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Business/Radiology/related Bachelor's Degree - Business/Radiology/related Experience 5-10 years Supervisor Experience 5-10 years Licenses & Certifications Registered Technologist (R.T.)
