As Region Lead - Surface Pressure Control you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers&
39; site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributing to the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. Involvement in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit. Major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit.<br />

As Region Lead - Surface Pressure Control, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.</li>
<li>Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation.</li>
<li>Developing long range forecast for region resource needs.</li>
<li>Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.</li>
<li>Presenting to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, SVP) on technical discipline and business solutions. Works with cross business teams.</li>
<li>Handling very complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.</li>
<li>Handling important business unit clients.</li>
<li>Engaging in complex long-term processes with important clients.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with substantial experience in Services).</li>
<li>Demonstrate proven experience in Resource Management.</li>
<li>Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrate project management skills.</li>
<li>Be able to document, plan, market and execute programs</li>
</ul>
