<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Mountview is one of the UK’s leading drama schools. We offer professional vocational training at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate level in performance and production arts, alongside evening, weekend and holiday classes for all.</p>
<p>We present around 25 productions across the year including classic plays, new writing and musicals, and our studios, meeting rooms, theatres and workspaces are available to hire.</p>

<p><b>SENIOR SALES & EVENTS MANAGER (0.8 FTE)</b></p>
<p>In September 2018, Mountview opened the doors to its new £30m home in the heart of Peckham Square. From our 200-seat theatre The Mack, to a dedicated professional rehearsal suite, TV and radio suites and over 20 dance and acting studios, Mountview’s spaces have the potential to generate significant commercial income, vitally underpinning our work to develop the next generation of theatre talent and make the arts accessible to people of all ages in Southwark.</p>
<p>Every week we welcome a range of clients including commercial and subsidised theatre companies; film, TV and media companies; conference and event organisers; and community and not-for-profit groups. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Advancement, the Senior Sales & Events Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering a Sales & Events strategy in a busy working venue, meeting ambitious yet achievable commercial income targets. You will drive sales and promotion, negotiate with clients to maximise income, oversee event planning and logistics, and manage events up to and on the day as necessary.</p>
<p>SALARY: Circa £35-37K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience</p>
