<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p>******* Fully remote Senior Database Officer role ******* <br /> <br />I am excited to be working with an amazing international animal charity in search of a part-time (21 - 28 hours per week) talented Senior Database Officer to work on a temporary basis (approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension). As Senior Database Officer, you'll be responsible for keeping the CRM (Beacon) maintained to a high standard. You'll lead on reconciling donations, importing donations from various external sources, reporting on our monthly income and claiming gift aid. <br />There will also be an opportunity to support the organisation with exploring data visualisation, dashboard building and finding areas where they can grow in their use of data. <br /> <br />Key responsibilities: <br />Day-to-day maintenance of Beacon, our fundraising CRM - inclusive of reconciling donations, importing donations from various external sources and claiming gift aid. <br />Reporting on our monthly income by compiling all fundraising sources into one central place of truth. <br />Working on and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets that track our income and advertising spending. <br />Working with our developers and the Supporter Engagement Team to ensure that our website integration with Beacon is maximised. <br />Opportunities to explore data visualisation and help our team leverage data in more powerful ways. <br /> <br />You'll be fully remote and working with the Supporter Engagement Team, based in the UK.
