<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Provide technical and operational support to the drilling + completions superintendent and engineers from inside the customer office. Accessibility to support the customer in an unexpected emergency is a requirement.</p>

<ul>
<li>Issue technical work instructions and BHA schematics to the customer. Present these work instructions and answer any questions and address all concerns the customer may have.</li>
<li>Serve as the representative of Weatherford to the customer. The area of expertise should be fishing, workover, and completions, however, as the face of Weatherford in the customer office, the candidate should be able to learn and speak competently about multiple service lines.</li>
<li>Identify opportunties to introduce new technologies and new applications to the customer in order to increase Weatherford business and presence. Maintain a constant presence and a high profile within the customer office in order to identify these opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop a rapport and trust with the customer so that Weatherford is the preferred service provider compared with competing service companies that may also have a presence in the same office.</li>
<li>Complete all trainings and commit to progressing through the Weatherford career path as per competency timeline.</li>

<b>Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 8+ years related experience - Must have Engineering Degree.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Documented experience of issuing technical work instructions and BHA schematics for fishing + workover + completions operations.</li>
<li>Documented experience of project coordination and interacting closely with a customer. Experience working inside a customer office is a positive.</li>
<li>Documented experience as a technical engineer specializing in coiled tubing and other rigelss well intervention operations.</li>
<li>Business development + sales skills + ability to deliver presentations to a large audience is a requirement.</li>
<li>Willingness to step outside the comfort zone to learn about unfamiliar product lines and technologies is a requirement. The ability to speak with authority and confidence about these new concepts is a requirement.</li>
