Service Delivery Coordinator

<p><b>Responsabilities </b>:<br />

Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BHGE. Be familiar with the assigned client&
39;s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for to operate outside of product specifications, client asking to execute work in way that is not aligned with the SOP...) . Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery, ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash<br />

<b>Requirements: </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor of science of Petroleum Engineer or other engineering branch (Mechanical or Industrial)</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience. Desire +8 years.</li>
<li>Advance level of English</li>
<li>SDC will be in charge of engineering, applications, operations and customer interaction related to Wellbore construction and Core completions. Expertise in Liner Hanger Systems, Completion&
39;s portfolio, packers and flow control.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong communication and writing skills</li>
<li>expertise in Liner Hanger</li>
<li>Ability to handle special projects</li>
<li>Project Management</li>
<li>Support to sale teams</li>
<li>Liaison between field operations, sales and shop</li>
<li>Capacity to handle key accounts.</li>
<li>Ability to run Torque &amp; Drag simulations, tube move and completions programs</li>
<li>Strong technical background for Liner Hanger</li>
<li>Multitasking</li>
</ul>
