This role is open for Essen location in Germany. Your working area & responsibilities Maintain and improve Job Scheduling Services IT-Infrastructure Landscape Initiate corrective actions based on customer satisfaction survey Continuous service improvement, identify key incidents and collaborate with each team / individual to minimize incidents Point of Contact for task in Job Scheduling Services, ensuring compliance with the defined quality / safety standards Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, troubleshooting & Vendor coordination Ensure compliance with SLAs, Support Service Request handling 24/7 in the sense of working 8 hours in a day and being available on on-call on a rotation basis along with the team Proficiency in UC4 Administration, installation, troubleshooting issues, user and group administration, patch management, performance monitoring and basic tuning Enabling logs for monitoring, configuring/customizing the tools as per the design Apply/Remediate/Update licenses appropriately Your skillset 5 to 8 Years of overall experience. Primary skill Admin – UC4, secondary skill UC4 Developer Extensive Experience in Automic Workload Automation (UC4) Very good experience in maintenance of Automic Batch Scheduler Strong experience in Architecture, Design and Implementation of High Availability robust Automic's Automation Engine Strong experience in administrative task setup & configuration. Knowledge on Application Integrations and security setup for roles and responsibilities of users within UC4 Very good experience in creating Jobs and define Job Properties for Web Services, FTP thru UC4, calendars, schedules, dependency and orchestrate workflows. Setup process / procedures for batch job notifications, alerts and monitoring / escalation. Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. Manage and close issues across the integrated landscape. English fluency is mandatory and German proficiency will be an added advantage.
