<b>Lead Engineer - Process Engineering</b><br><br><b>Would you like to bring Energy forward by delivering innovative solutions to Customers?</b><br><br><b>Want to leverage your expertise and network in a fast-moving energy transition environment?</b><br><br><b> Join a team that innovates with technology </b><br><br>Baker Hughes IET Plant and Module Technology typical applications consist of Gas Compression and Liquefaction plants, single lift modules for Turbogenerator or Turbo/Moto Compressor packages, Combined Cycle and Organic Rankine Cycle Power Generation plants as well as low carbon solutions.<br><br><b> Play a key role in positioning our process and low carbon solutions in the Market </b><br><br>You will participate to the full process design starting from early project stages supporting feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED and EPC activities to position BH technology and solutions mainly in for Gas Treatment and Liquefaction Plants (LNG)<br><br><b>As Lead Process Engineer for Carbon Capture and for Gas Treatment and Compression, you will be responsible for:</b><br><br><ul><li> Participating to the full process design starting from early project stages supporting feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED and EPC activities to position CO2 Capture technologies and solutions and you could also be involved in Gas Treatment and Compression Process Plant development. </li><li> Performing simulations for the entire CO2 capture process plant, with the use of specific software i. e. Aspen Plus, OLI, Promax Hysys, Unisim. </li><li> Preparing process deliverables such Heat & Material Balance, pressure drops and hydraulic calculations, Process Narratives and lists </li><li> Sizing main process equipment as column and column's internals, pumps, heat exchangers, vessels etc. </li><li> Developing drawings as PFDs, P&IDs up to 'as built' level </li><li> Participating and contributing to design reviews and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FERA, FMEA, etc.) from conceptual to detailed design. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li> Have a MSc. in Chemical or Mechanical engineering. </li><li> Have proven experience in process engineering and carbon capture technology, including a general understanding of solvent selection and its impact on the process design. Mixed Salt Process and Chilled Ammonia Process technologies in-depth expertise will be considered preferential. important </li><li> Have knowledge about packing design and selection, for separation and absorption, from gas to liquid and vice versa. Experiences with packing suppliers and their related products (i.e. CDS, Sulzer). Nice to have </li><li> Have general knowledge of the various gas purification technologies based on the different separation techniques, i.e., absorption, adsorption, distillation, filtration, etc. </li><li> Have knowledge of International Codes like API, ANSI, ASME. </li><li> Have experience working in a team involved in design and development of new products. </li><li> Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
