What will you be doing? We are looking for a professional and efficient team member to join us as a customer service apprentice within Peter Cox. This role is responsible for the sales administration in the area. To support the branches and surveyors to achieve sales targets. To deliver reports and dashboard to help with sales management in the area. Day to day we will support and help with your Training & Development so you will be able to complete some of your key responsibilities effectively and independently during and after you qualify. Follow Ups Uploading Development sheets and contact cards Helping surveyors arrange development visits Administering documentation relating to a sale or post-sale paperwork Monitoring area inbox Dealing with customers requiring updates or with a sales related complaint Requirements Key Qualities: We are looking for candidates with the following skills to take on the role: Someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service! Training will be provided.
