<b>Production Operator</b><br> <br><b>Do you love being part of a successful manufacturing team?</b><br><br><b>Join our innovating team</b><br><br>Druck is a global technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures the highest quality, most accurate and reliable customised pressure sensing devices and instruments, software to provide innovative products, services and solutions to our customers.<br><br><b>Ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing plant</b><br><br>We are looking for candidates who are able to work in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to work as part of a team but also able to work under their own initiative if called upon.<br><br>As Production Operator you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Carrying out duties within the production line as instructed by line manager.<br></li><li>Adhering to the companies Health and Safety guidelines.<br></li><li>Providing total cell commitment and support in the attainment of goals, with respect to safety, quality, cost, delivery and compliance tasks.<br></li><li>Working towards lean and continuous improvements in the area.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have good manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components.<br></li><li>Have soldering experience to a recognised standard (J-std/IPC std).<br></li><li>Be able to read and understand Technical drawings & job related manufacturing documentation.<br></li><li>Have good verbal & written communication skills.<br></li><li>Be able to multitask and rotate across key processes.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
