<b>Job Description:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under strict supervision, performs configuration, installation and/or repairs of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures.</li>
<li>Contacts end user to define data migration requirements and perform the data migration, if required.</li>
<li>Monitors for trouble tickets and coordinates with appropriate vendors for equipment repair, if needed.</li>
<li>Adheres to and enforces facility security measures, company safety standards and software licensing procedures.</li>
<li>Assists in setting up PC&
39;s and related peripherals for special requests.</li>
<li>Lends guidance to desktop support teams on hardware related issues.</li>
<li>Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed.</li>
<li>Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.</li>
<li>Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.</li>
<li>Skills are typically acquired through possession of a A+ certification or equivalent experience and 2 years of experience in a PC related field which includes experience in hardware configuration.</li>
