Responsibilities Delivering and running a reliable, SOX / GXP compliant RPA platform and service that BU Tech teams are highly dependent on to deliver their automation objectives. This requires understanding BU use cases for automation, the RPA Bot development process and RPA operational workflows and processes in a highly regulated environment. Proven ability to solve problems , work in Agile and fast moving environment. Need to be a leader in a rapidly changing environment and make fast paced decisions to complex problems/issue. Needs to innovate, experiment and drive new Technology area as product owner. Has deep knowledge of their subject area (Tech and Automation) as Product Expert to implement new Automation solutions to delivering business value across GSK Must be a quick learner and able to understand new technology to develop RPA / Automation product. Experience of Agile and Technical delivery roles. Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of technical products. Needs experience of driving RPA best practice within the team. Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of technical products. Present decision / strategy to other teams / leaders and other technical experts / product owners. Be a champion of Automation across Tech and business Needs experience of engaging with, creating trusted relationships and managing business stakeholder expectations. Requirements: 10 to 12 years of IT experience, 4+ years of RPA relevant experience. Applied knowledge of Automation Anywhere (nice to have Automation 360) Very good communication skills Knowledge of Agile delivery Excellent business stake holder management skills.
