Telephone Account Manager

We are looking for experienced individuals with excellent communication skills, proven sales success, ability to prioritise and stick to deadlines but most of all, who are passionate about providing a great customer experience to our customers and enjoy working within a great team for a great company. The successful candidate will join our hygiene product sales team. The main duties for this role include: Managing the call cycle to ensure all clients are proactively contacted Actively identifying and executing sales opportunities on every call Managing the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer Providing excellent customer services on every inbound call Proactively identifying sales opportunities through prescribed outbound campaigns Processing orders for customers in a timely manner Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently Contribute to the teams monthly goals in your assigned region The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in telesales and customer service The ability to build long term internal and external relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy The ability to work effectively under pressure Strong drive to go above and beyond to achieve the required goals What to expect from a career at Rentokil Initial A focus on people At the end of the day, we are a service business, and people are at the heart of what we do.
