We partner with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance ensuring the capacity and value are delivered.<br><br><b>Take ownership for leading cross-functional teams and projects</b><br><br>As a Senior Project Manager, you will have an opportunity to take ownership for managing the full project lifecycle of our cutting-edge energy products. Working in collaboration with internal and external customers you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that make a real impact.<br><br>As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Driving customer and internal alignment for successful winning and execution of the project</li><li>Handling technical and commercial proposal development support</li><li>Handling operation ramp up and delivery project management, implementation, and execution of clear KPIs, RASCI, timeline, etc.</li><li>Ensuring safe, on-time, high quality delivery of the services across product services and achieve alignment with project timeline and contractual objectives</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have an Bachelor's Degree in Engineering</li><li>10+ years in Oil Field Services</li><li>Be able to demonstrate fluency in Turkish language</li><li>Business development background is preferred</li><li>Experience with lower completions tools such as Gravel Pack-Stack Pack operations (Single zone/Multi zone) application is preferred</li><li>Experience in upper completions tools such as packers, flow controls and subsurface Safety systems & IPS is preferred .</li><li>Experience in wellbore construction tools is preferred</li><li>Have previous experience in Pumping and offshore sand control jobs is preferable</li><li>Demonstrate effective interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously</li><li>Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously and have proven analytical and organizational ability</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
