IT M&A Managing Consultant

Wipro Digital is currently seeking a Managing Consultant - M&A in their Intelligent Business Re-Imagination (IBR) practice. IBR is part of Wipro’s Digital Consulting organization that covers business model redesign, digital transformation and automation, unlocking value across business processes and operational value chains.  Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead pre-merger due diligence and technology diligence discussions on M&A engagements with clients across industries with a focus on value creation and risk identification across all business processes, IT processes, IT infrastructure and applications. Assess and document current state IT Application portfolio. Assess technology architectures from performance, scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security standpoints and develop improvement plans. Review application portfolios to determine the effectiveness of the existing solutions and develop a transformation plan to address risks and opportunities. Identify and estimate all relevant IT costs and financials. Interact with multiple stakeholders across business and technology to collect, synthesize, and analyze all information required to develop key artifacts and plans for transition. Manage client engagements, cross-functional project teams, and development of staff. Actively contribute to the go-to-market activities and manage quality of M&A engagements Travel to client locations as needed. Qualifications: At least eight years of consulting experience in the M&A space or a combination of consulting and appropriate industry experience in technology, including a track record of driving major IT initiatives. A good understanding of automation, cloud, security and migration strategies. Experience in at least one of these: pre-merger due diligence, technology diligence, post-merger integration, process re-engineering, enterprise solutions architecture. Strong verbal, writing and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree (required), MBA (preferred). Business Dynamics Consulting
