An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Tom Ford Beauty brand cluster in Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa (includes UK). The position will be based in the central London Head Office and will report to the Product Manager. The role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the execution of the Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian, Le Labo & Darphin brands within Travel Retail EMEA. It includes working within budget and planning with Forecasting and Pricing teams as well as communicating with New York, Sales teams and other key stakeholders on a regular basis. This person is expected to help with the assortment management working closely with the warehouse facilities in Lachen. This role involves close contact with New York for listing availability, future assortments and forecasts whilst assisting the Product Manager on new product launches, in-store activities and in the execution of 360 campaigns with proven experience across digital and online platforms. The role will support the teams with the priority focus of fuelling and accelerating growth of these important high end Fragrance brands. A key part of this acceleration plan includes expanding distribution of Le Labo and Kilian across the TR EMA region, whilst driving strong and sustainable growth on Tom Ford Beauty. Qualifications Proven strong business analytical skills combined with advanced level computer literacy in Word/Excel/Power-point, excellent communication, organisation and administration skills, as well as a creative, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach and an ability to work in a fast-moving pressurised environment are paramount. Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
