About the Role The Quality Field Testing Analyst position offers an exciting career opportunity! You will be responsible for quality reviews of the toll operations system. You will be responsible for identifying occurring trends with a focus on continual improvement. You will also bring forward innovative strategies for continuous quality improvements. This role is based in Northern Ohio, with regular visits to the company office in Brook Park, Ohio (Cleveland Metro Area). Extensive travel, 50% of the time, along the 241 mile Ohio Turnpike from the Indiana state line to the Pennsylvania state line is required. Responsibilities Ensuring the overall success of the new Toll System quality through application Software Functional and Hardware testing. Testing of various components of the Toll System both in the back office and roadside. Providing quality assurance testing to ensure Toll System product is ready for customer rollout. Verifying the data is transformed correctly according to various business requirements and rules: Data verification/validation. Requirements Display relevant expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and working knowledge of Software testing. Display Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
