El individuo tambien asistira al personal superior del taller en la preparacion y prueba del equipo Thru-Tubing. Se espera que el/ella siga un plan de aprendizaje especifico que incluira varios modulos de aprendizaje basados en computadora, asi como capacitacion en el aula. Durante esta fase, El / Ella puede asumir tareas diversas que le asigne el Supervisor. El individuo aplica tecnicas, procedimientos y criterios estandar para realizar tareas estrictamente de acuerdo con los estandares de Weatherford OEPS.
