CNC Operator

Experience on CAD/CAM application applied to routing definition, fixture design and numerical control machine part programming.<br><br>Mechanical operator for 5+ axis CNC turning, milling and welding machines.<br><br>Knowledge of ISO language for Numerical Control Machine programming is preferred.<br><br>Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill but also available to multiple skills. Operates medium sized heavy equipment (e.g. Bobcat, manlift, forklift, trencher, etc.).<br>&bull; General consultative supervision, toward predetermined goals and objectives<br>&bull; Requires expertise in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions and action steps to a wide variety of difficult work assignments<br>&bull; Requires some personal initiative and occasional ingenuity, planning or organizing of work<br>&bull; Advanced office or technical skills, acquired through a combination of prior training and directly related experience<br>&bull; Interacts with peers, supervisor, and internal / external customers<br>&bull; May provide advice to lower level team members on medium to large projects<br>&bull; Sound decision making and problem solving skills<br>&bull; Consequences of errors are easily measured and can be confined<br>&bull; Advanced mechanical aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment<br>&bull; May work on special projects with peers from other work groups<br>&bull; Ability to read and interpret routine instructions<br>&bull; Uses drilling experience plus product knowledge to maximize equipment performance<br>&bull; Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations<br>&bull; Sets up, monitors and operates various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements<br>&bull; May operate multiple machines simultaneously<br>&bull; May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements<br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
