Our team helps guide the overall evolution of the portfolio of products at PwC, from management of the innovation, funnel intaking new ideas, building the business case and design of our new products, to continually evaluating and supporting our existing product portfolios. Product Strategists build out ideas into a vision and business plan for monetization, helping guide leadership towards investment decisions. Product Strategists drive competitive analysis and market intelligence activities to offer insights that translate into strategic product direction and product positioning . They validate the line of sight to generating revenue through assessing Total Addressable Market, supporting the design and execution of Go To Market efforts.
