Field service coordinator

Do you have experience with working in an international environment as a coordinator of a team abroad? Do you feel like a strongly multitasking person and speak English and German? Schneider Electric is currently looking for exactly that type of colleague for the position FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS COORDINATOR What will you do? As an important team member, you will be responsible for the coordination of Field Service Engineers for customer needs, to depute FSE on time and manage effectively the planning and forecasting of service interventions across Europe, Africa, and CIS Plan the Field Service Engineers to different jobs according their experience and requirements • Provide proactively all info needed for the intervention to the FSE • Work with global security services before deputing a Field Service Engineer to different country zones • Do all the travel arrangements required (flights, hotels, visas, authorizations…) in several European and African countries • Maintain the database of team members to organise training & renewal of qualifying certificates/courses • Maintain on a daily basis the planning and forecast tool for monthly reports • Check and approve allowances of the Field Service Engineers • Check the reports for each intervention and send it on time to Invoicing Department • Follow up pending manpower invoices and not terminated intervention What qualifications will make you successful? Degree in business administration is preferred High level of spoken and written English language is a must, german is a big advantage Experience on a similar position, international environment is welcome Excellent organizational skills (reactive and proactive), multitasking, able to handle tasks under stressfull conditions Efficient time management (capacity to treat a certain volume of work), ability to set priorities Very good level of communication skills Client and solutions oriented – polite, responsive and persistent Networking capabilities Motivation for service coordinating type of work What's in it for me?
