Our team covers a variety of responsibilities that are executed by DevSecOps, Site Reliability and ML Ops Engineers, including:
-Defining standard release automation patterns for infrastructure and application components
-Defining standard CI/CD pipeline patterns that include a common set of DevOps and SecOps tools
-Developing reports and metrics to validate existing and new pipelines use standard DevSecOps tools
-Proactive optimization of redundancies, monitoring and alerting practices and patterns
-Developing resilient and highly available cloud patterns -Controlling and executing the promotion of code through all environments
-Infrastructure as Code development for buildout cloud infrastructure -Building and Releasing pipeline development
-Secrets and configuration management
-Monitoring systems and services, providing incident and emergency response to triage and resolve system or client issues
-Management of the application ecosystem improving platform infrastructure and applications with high reliability, resiliency, performance and quality
-Supporting documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks

39;s degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.</p><p><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>: </span><br /><span>7 year(s) </span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>: </span><br /><br /><b>Degree Preferred</b><span>: </span><br /><span>Master Degree</span></p><p></p><p><span>PwC DevSecOps Senior Managers will have the experience to lead multiple technical teams to deliver world-class DevSecOps services and performance to both internal and external teams.</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>: </span></p><p>Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:</p><ul><li>Working with a team to identify issues and communicating with stakeholders on the progress and remediation of them;</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships and achieving results without a direct reporting relationship;</li><li>Demonstrating a flexible communication style based on the audience (i.e., eliminating technical jargon when needed or deep diving into technical details with the development team);</li><li>Understanding the security and compliance policies of an organization and implementing them in CI/CD automation;</li><li>Managing team with responsibility for staffing, communicating, training and development, directing and prioritization of work, evaluating performance and removing roadblocks;</li><li>Demonstrating familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Azure DevSecOps (ADO), Jenkins, and/or ArgoCD;</li><li>Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations using TFE, ARM, Bicep, Cloudformation, etc. across one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP);</li><li>Integrating CI/CD of common SDLC tools such as Gitlab, Github, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Veracode, and secrete management tools;</li><li>Integrating CI/CD with common monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk; and</li><li>Working with container/orchestration experience (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Services like GKE, AKS, EKS etc.).</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
