We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician to join our Customer Experience team based in Gepps Cross Adelaide. The team’s mission is to be Customer’s first advocate & connect our teams to provide simplified seamless experience. As a Failure Analysis Technician (FAT) your operational responsibilities will include but not limited to: Tracking the technical returns from customer Understanding and categorizing the defect by general defect symptoms Performing first level analysis and identify the possible causes for all commercial offers from SEMV Collaborate with Issue Resolution Specialists and Engineers for deeper root cause analysis About you: You’re analytical and strategic, focused on finding solutions and enjoy product analysis. You’re customer-obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful; High School, vocational degree, or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent Demonstrated 2 years experience in quality, testing or failure analysis Failure analysis / measurement / drawing / specification Analysis skills credibility Experience in using handheld and automatic measurement equipment Good computer skill (MS Office, network, salesforce bFO is a plus) At Schneider Electric your career will be meaningful, inclusive and you will be empowered.
