Wet Process Operator (2nd Shift)

PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a full time permanent Wet Process Operator for their Wet Process Department to work the second shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM). Must be able to train on first shift (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) for 1-3 months before moving onto second shift. Responsibilities Operating, maintenance, inspection, replenishment and proper disposal of all department equipment as required such as Chem Clean, Developer, Etcher & Film Stripper tanks. Proper handling and operation of all Chemcut lines used to clean, develop, etch and strip the panels. Regular audits of the equipment to ensure proper operation and handling. Enter all jobs into the manufacturing tracking system CIMNET. Read and interpret job travelers to verify that all previous operations were completed. Verify count, quality, or product produced by the Chemcut lines. Receiving routine instructions to ensure optimal conditions of the wet process line. Maintaining a safe, neat, and organized workplace. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3 years experience working in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry. Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or drawings. Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross-train. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
