Senior Service Delivery Coordinator - Coiled Tubing

Our Pressure Pumping team are experts in Cementing, Coil Tubing & Stimulation.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>Responsible for delivering flawless execution by providing technical support to the Service Delivery and Sales Organization.<br><br>As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Coordinating field assignments and provide technical support to field personnel. <br></li><li>Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon <br></li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact and advisor to build successful customer relationships <br></li><li>Accounting the coil tubing department`s forecasts and operational budgets. <br></li><li>Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have BSc or equivalent in Engineering Subject - focus being on Coiled Tubing and experience in similar role <br></li><li>Have Field based experience in North Sea Operations <br></li><li>Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team <br></li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues <br></li><li>Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
