THE OPPORTUNITY This role reports into the Marketing Manager PAH and is available due to an internal promotion. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong strategic and executional capabilities to join Janssen’s market leading, rare disease Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension portfolio. You will develop marketing strategies aimed at reducing the time to diagnosis as well as building on recent product launches. This team is innovative, with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach. It is our mandate to continue to understand how we can serve PAH health care professionals and patients better. RESPONSIBILITIES Build accurate, relevant and actionable insights from a diversity of data sources to inform strategy Execute and monitor therapy area strategy Create tactical plans that deliver outcomes against defined metrics Support the development of brand strategy and forecasts Analyse key performance indicators and financial reports Collaborate with the cross-functional team and internal/external partners to deliver on business outcomes Engage with health care professionals, medical societies Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations and processes Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Relevant degree-level qualifications - business/commerce/marketing preferred Strong strategic marketing ability Highly curious with strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver Proven track record of success in specialty pharmaceuticals Excellent communication skills; and a collaborative, results-orientated style and approach A willingness to champion innovation with passion and tenacity COMPANY CULTURE 2021 Best Places to Work –
