Associate Engineer - Civil / Structural

Wood is recruiting Associate Technical Engineer - Civil / Structural, to further increase the capacity and knowledge base of the well - established Civil / Structural Engineering department. This will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of Wood. projects</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Familiar with Saudi Building Code and International standards</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to work with others</li>
<li>Has demonstrated capabilities in designing independently with minimum supervision</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of civil design practices, calculations, design details</li>
<li>Aware of and able to use design and assessment methods under supervision</li>
<li>Aware of analytical methods used within discipline and theoretical background for analysis programs</li>
<li>Able to identify personal training / education opportunities</li>
<li>Highly motivated with an innovative and analytical mind</li>
<li>Able to communicate ideas to senior personnel</li>
</ul>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b></p>
</p>

<ul>
<li>Required Knowledge</li>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Equivalent</li>
<li>Should be proficient in Microsoft office software (Word and Excel). Knowledge of STAAD - Pro will be an advantage</li>
<li>Should also be familiar with editing, opening, and reading drawings in AutoCAD / MicroStation</li>
</ul>
