We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Field Specialist, you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment, SPS (Surface Pumping Systems) equipment and all associated surface equipment in the field. You will be working with industry standard equipment and our uniquely specific products and systems. The Field Specialist will ensure successful operation and installation from project start up to project completion as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.<br><br>As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Assisting with monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.</li><li>Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, including WRESP (wireline retrievable ESP's) and associated equipment in onshore/offshore oil wells</li><li>Monitoring, troubleshoots and tests downhole ESP equipment, including WRESP, including Downhole Tools to maximize well productivity and ESP</li><li>Comply with all quality policies, specifications, and regulations while following internal compliance and HSE standards to always ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Prepare and document the products and services that best fit the customers need</li><li>Proactively lead in the area of health, safety and environment, with the ability to stop operations when it is deemed unsafe.</li><li>Acting as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders</li><li>Manage all operational aspects at shore base and well-site</li><li>Ensure all equipment and tools necessary for the successful completion of operations are available for the project, at both the base and well-site installation.</li><li>Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Ensure all client representatives and all rig site personnel are aware of our operations and their contributions its success.</li><li>Complete all paperwork and documentation necessary for each project and ensure it is recorded and delivered to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Handling special projects as assigned</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li>Have at least of minimum of a Two year technical degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in the oilfield service industry, with a focus on ESP, coiled tubing or completions projects.</li><li>Have experience performing Electrical Submersible Pump and Surface Pumping System team activities in the field, or relevant experience in completions, intervention or coiled tubing</li><li>Have experience in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pump Equipment and Surface Pumping Systems or WRESP (wireline retrievable ESP's)</li><li>Proven leadership in managing well-site operations.</li><li>Possesses knowledge of various processes performed in daily well-site operation</li><li>Have experience on most Artificial Lift Systems and Baker Hughes Equipment is a plus</li><li>Be willing and ability to travel as needed</li><li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
