Project Control Analyst

Job Summary Amentum is seeking a Project Control Analyst to serve as a member of the Proposal, Projects & Construction team to plan, schedule, document proposals, and control construction projects as part of delivering support to the Joint Defense Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG). This position is located in Alice Springs, Australia. The Project Control Analyst supports the OASIS Proposals Managers in completing Requests for Proposals, Change Requests, Cost Control, and Statement of Work for construction projects. Responsibilities include the following: Support the development of Task Order proposals (for financial and labour costs) Support the transition of information from Proposals team to Project Mangers to place information from the bid into the financial cost documents for awarded projects Support the Proposals Manager to development tender responses Support the production and maintenance of accurate project schedules Assist in developing Change Requests letters with the financial impact to projects Monitor process documents for consistency in project administration from project award through execution and closeout (technical and financial) Provide assistance to Project Managers in compiling Estimate At Completion costs Assist in compiling monthly financial reports on projected labour costs Assist the Proposals Manager to prepare quarterly/monthly financial reports, preparation of reports for the Finance & Contracts Manager Promote and adhere to safe work practices to ensure compliance with all site Environmental Health and Safety requirements Minimum Requirements Experience working with various construction trade groups Experience in Business Administration Experience in researching, compiling and interpreting information for development and presentation of related reports A minimum of 2 years in business administration Current Driver's License Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a TS SCI with poly or an Australian citizen and possess or be able to obtain TSPV Preferred Qualifications Certificate IV in Book Keeping or Accounting or a relevant financial discipline Experience in project administration or a relevant construction industry discipline White Card (Construction Induction) Experience with a Business Enterprise Software solution to manage business operations (i.e. SAP) Experience in contract management
