We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures. This role works in close collaboration with regional service delivery, global product line and engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to ensure comprehensive incident management and robust corrective action implementation.<br><br>As a Reliability Engineer (Completions & Wellbore Intervention), you'll be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Manage de Job Cycle (MtJC) process</li><li>Lead/participate in incident investigation, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions</li><li>Focuses on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning<ul><li>Supports job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment / deviation waiver / Management of Change (RA / DWR/ MOC) and deployment readiness assessment processes (DRA)</li><li>Participates in the engineering design review process</li></ul></li><li>Execute the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP)<ul><li>Manage the FRACAS DMAIC stages</li><li>Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes</li><li>Develop and review cause maps</li><li>Facilitate or lead incident investigations</li><li>Develops RCA reports and technical or field bulletins</li><li>Facilitate or lead incident review and corrective action boards</li></ul></li><li>Identify FRACAS trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions<ul><li>Analyze performance data and monitor performance</li><li>Identify and report performance trends</li><li>Develop and report key performance indicators as needed</li></ul></li><li>Share lessons learned with field population</li><li>Collaborates across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer</li><li>Handles special projects as required</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific (can be Math, physics, science in general) discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line.</li><li>Relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization</li><li>Understanding of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business</li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics:</b><br><ul><li>Preferred prior experience includes roles such as: field/remote engineer, product development, applications engineer or other technical disciplines</li><li>Excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Facilitation and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work and communicate well with others.</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Portuguese.</li><li>Previous experience in presenting detailed and technical information preferred.</li><li>Project Management Skills.</li><li>Advanced problem solving skills with respect to Applied Engineering, Design and Technology Development.</li><li>Self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a global, interdisciplinary team under limited supervision with a strong commitment to learning.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
