The Opportunity This role focuses on supporting the Executive Sourcing Team in providing a consistent and quality candidate experience - through communications, scheduling, data entry/tracking, report writing and follow ups. What you will do Scheduling interviews with candidates to meet with Executive Sourcing Team members and KPMG Partners Scheduling internal calls with KPMG Partners Scheduling assessment debrief calls Booking meeting rooms and making restaurant reservations for candidate interviews Assist in creating and/or editing Position Descriptions and distribute them to qualified candidates Participating and assisting in the firm’s Direct Admit Process by: forwarding assessments to candidates and reports to Partners, gathering and distributing interview notes from Partners and obtaining critical information from candidates such as restrictive covenants, compensation evidence and reference information Working closely with the firm’s Office of the Partner in order to provide them with requisite documents and information for the completion of the Business Case Managing and distributing candidate documentation (resumes, reports, notes, etc.) for meetings/interviews Maintaining and providing weekly update reports to Sponsoring Partners and other leaders Entering data, maintaining, and preparing candidate data lists (Excel and our database, Avature) Following up regularly with Partners and the Talent Acquisition Team regarding opportunistic candidates who have been referred by the Executive Sourcing Team in order to ensure that the candidate experience is well-maintained Processing invoices from external service providers Providing support with Talent Mapping and Research Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates – communicating through LinkedIn, email and phone Obtaining contact information of candidates online, when necessary Providing innovative ways to continuously improve the Executive Sourcing Team’s systems and processes Ad-hoc assignments What you bring to the role 2-3 Years of experience in a similar internal client service focused environment Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with tools/technology. Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Solid professional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations. Possess solid relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
