Turnaround Technical Assistant

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Massy Wood is recruiting for a Turnaround Technical Assistant to assure that turnaround files are updated and accurate, assure compliance with turnaround global guidelines, assure that turnaround project management plans are current and assure that the TAR scope is monitored and controlled in compliance with TAR Global Scope Guidelines. <br><br><ul><li> Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the Turnaround. </li><li> Maintain Scope tracker with updates from all members of TAR team </li><li> Update project logs for the turnaround and coordinate with TAR team. </li><li> Prepare turnaround reports with updates monthly and generate presentations on same. </li><li> Prepare and maintain turnaround minutes from TAR team meetings. </li><li> Coordinate with TAR team members to ensure timely updates are provided. </li><li> Manage and maintain files in the TAR SharePoint location. </li><li> Assist as required with providing data for cost reports, estimates, open purchase order <br> tracking. </li><li> Developing trackers for various aspects of the TAR including Quality, Scope, and cost. </li><li> Assist the quality team with development of Mechanical Completion database. </li><li> Monitor TAR scope and provide timely flag to TAR team on scope excursions or <br> exceptions for attention. </li><li> Any changes to TAR scope should be communicated to the Turnaround Team. </li><li> Assist updating of the TAR Strategic Schedule and Milestones </li><li> Manage the Risk workshops to ensure worksheet is updated with new risks and reports <br> are generated </li><li> Review Lessons Learned document from last TAR and advise on areas of improvement <br> for present TAR. </li><li> Ensure compliance with Document Control within the TAR team. </li><li> Support the TAR & Projects Team Lead in the preparation of the final management <br> report for the Turnaround. </li><li> Maintain high confidentiality with cost information and data amongst TAR Team <br> members. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Minimum 5 O'levels including Mathematics and English Language </li><li> Administrative Professional Certificate </li><li> Strong capability in MS Office Suite programs </li><li> Minimum 5 years' Experience in a similar role </li><li> Experience with Project Management and Turnaround Planning. </li><li> Experience with CMMS - Maximo. </li><li> Cost Management experience </li><li> Must possess good verbal and oral communication skills </li><li> Good interpersonal skills, team player </li><li> Excellent computer skills and ability to use variety of software </li><li> Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) </li><li> National citizen or perament resident of Trinidad & Tobago. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
