Layup Operator (2nd Shift)

PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent full time Layup Operator to support second shift operations (4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.). Must be able to train on first shift (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) for 1-3 months before moving onto second shift. Responsibilities Panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual scrubbing). Dye cutting of panels. Spartanics punching for tooling on the panels. Cover coat lay up of circuit boards. Stiffner lay up of circuit boards. Dry film lamination of circuit boards. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent desired, years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat. Must be able lift up to 25 pounds. Positive attitude and work ethic. Able to work independently. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts.
