As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project. Fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br />
<br />
As Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Providing requirements across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.</li>
<li>Working to own initiate to chase query and deal with multiple contacts within the business to ensure timely outcome.</li>
<li>Taking ownership of all Coordinator activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.</li>
<li>Being compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPI&
39;s to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>BSc or Accredited College qualification in Engineering Services.</li>
<li>Have proven experience in Project execution within Oil & Gas industry. Ideally within Manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Have experience using Oracle or similar system, an advantage</li>
<li>Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.</li>
<li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
